Subscription Terms

1. General Information

These Subscription Terms (“Terms”) govern your rights and obligations when using paid subscription plans of SVG Force (the “Service”). By subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms form part of the Terms of Service. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.


2. Subscription Types

SVG Force may offer the following access options:

  • Monthly Subscription — automatically renews each month until canceled;
  • Annual Subscription — automatically renews each year until canceled and is usually offered at a discount compared to monthly plans;
  • Free Plan — provides limited access to basic features at no cost;
  • Trial (if available) — may provide temporary access to paid features under terms shown during activation.

3. Payment & Billing

  • Subscriptions are charged in advance for the selected period (monthly or annual), unless stated otherwise at checkout;
  • Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Provider terms (including billing, receipts and confirmations) may also apply;
  • Prices may include taxes/fees where required by applicable law or payment provider rules;

4. Price Changes

Subscription prices may change. We will provide advance notice (typically at least 30 days) unless a different notice period is required by applicable law or payment provider rules.


5. Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Charges are made using your selected payment method via the payment provider.

We may send renewal notices (e.g., email) where supported by the payment provider and available in your account; however, the absence of a notice does not prevent renewal for an active subscription.


6. Payment Failure

If a payment fails (insufficient funds, card issues, provider errors, or other reasons), access to paid features may be temporarily limited or suspended until payment is successfully completed. We may retry charges in accordance with the payment provider’s rules.


7. Cancellation

  • You can cancel at any time via your account settings (or via the payment provider interface, where applicable);
  • After cancellation, you generally retain access to paid features until the end of the already-paid period unless otherwise required by plan terms or the payment provider;
  • Automatic charges stop after the current period ends;
  • Cancellation does not automatically result in a refund for unused time (see Refund Policy).

8. Changing Plans

  • You may upgrade or downgrade at any time if the option is available;
  • Upgrades may require a prorated charge (proration) for the remaining time in the current period, or another mechanism supported by the payment provider;
  • Downgrades typically take effect at the next billing period unless stated otherwise during the change;
  • Certain plans/options may have additional rules (e.g., team plans).

9. Usage Limits & Add-ons

Each plan may have usage limits (requests, generations, file sizes, etc.). If you exceed limits, you can:

  • Upgrade to a higher plan;
  • Wait until the next billing period;
  • Purchase add-ons (if available).

Limits apply across all Service access channels, including the web interface and the CLI tool. Generations performed via CLI count toward your plan's total quota.


10. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your subscription in case of:

  • Violation of the Terms of Service;
  • Fraud, chargebacks, or abuse of the Service;
  • Non-payment or overdue payment;
  • Legal requirements or payment provider requirements.

If suspended/terminated, access to paid features may be limited. Data retention and access to stored content may also be governed by the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.


11. Refunds

Refunds are provided only in accordance with the Refund Policy. In case of conflict between these Terms and the Refund Policy, the Refund Policy prevails.


12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or website notice (typically at least 14 days in advance) unless a different notice period is required by applicable law.


13. Language Version

In case of discrepancies between language versions of this document, the version published in the language selected in the user interface shall prevail.
