Last updated: February 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the SVG Force online service (the “Service”, also “we”, “our”, “us”). The Service is operated by FOP Nyzhehorodtsev Denys Vadimovich.

By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

  • “Output” means the results generated by the Service based on your inputs/actions (e.g., converted SVG, generated component code, etc.).
  • “User Content” means SVG files and other materials you upload, create, or process within the Service.
  • “Plan/Subscription” means the free or paid access tiers with applicable limits and rules.

2. Eligibility

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • you are at least 18 years old or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction;
  • you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
  • your use of the Service does not violate any applicable laws.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if a user does not meet these requirements.

3. About the Service

SVG Force is an online tool for generating, editing, converting, and optimizing SVG files, including transforming SVG files into software components (such as React, React Native, and other formats), as well as optimizing SVG files for use in plain HTML projects.

The Service provides automated technical tools for file processing, code generation, and image optimization. SVG Force does not provide design, legal, or consulting services.

Certain Service functionality may be available through the web interface and/or a CLI tool. Regardless of access channel, all use is governed by these Terms, your subscription plan, and applicable technical limits.

We make no warranties regarding the legal status of User Content or the suitability of Output for any particular purpose, project, tech stack, or third-party policies.

All rights to the software, source code, architecture, processing algorithms, design, interface, and operational logic of the Service belong to the Service owner, unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Access to the Service

We reserve the right at any time to modify, update, limit, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) for technical, commercial, or other reasons.

We may:

  • introduce new features or discontinue existing ones;
  • change plans, usage limits, and access rules;
  • perform maintenance without prior notice;
  • restrict access in case of suspected abuse or violations.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure failures, updates, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Access to certain features may depend on an active plan, usage limits, or technical restrictions.

4.1 Account and Security

Where an account is required, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach.

We may temporarily suspend or restrict account access in case of suspicious activity or violation of these Terms.

4.2 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms if such failure results from force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

Force majeure events may include, but are not limited to:

  • war, military actions, or terrorist acts;
  • cyberattacks or large-scale infrastructure or data center failures;
  • power outages, communication or internet disruptions;
  • natural disasters;
  • actions of governmental authorities or changes in legislation;
  • other events that could not reasonably be foreseen or controlled.

In the event of force majeure, performance of obligations may be suspended for the duration of such circumstances.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to the Service belong to the owner of SVG Force, unless expressly stated otherwise.

This includes, without limitation:

  • the source code and compiled code of the Service;
  • algorithms, logic, and generation processes;
  • the architecture and technical solutions of the Service;
  • design, UI/UX, texts, logos, and branding;
  • APIs, data structures, operational mechanisms, and internal processes.

Use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights in the Service or its components.

You may not:

  • copy or reproduce the code, design, or functionality of the Service;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to reconstruct the algorithms;
  • perform scraping, automated extraction, bulk data collection, or analysis of the Service operations;
  • use the Service or its output to create competing services or generators;
  • use the Service or its output to train machine learning models or build AI systems;
  • sell, sublicense, or transfer any part of the Service without prior written consent.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and in good faith. You may not:

  • upload User Content that infringes intellectual property rights, privacy, or other rights of third parties;
  • upload or distribute malicious code, bypass limitations, hack, or probe vulnerabilities without our permission;
  • make excessive or automated requests that may degrade Service stability (including DDoS-like activity);
  • use the Service for unlawful activity or fraud;
  • present the Service as your own, provide access to third parties outside your plan, or circumvent plan/technical limits.
  • use the CLI or other automation tools to bypass authentication, usage limits, plan restrictions, or Service security mechanisms.

We may apply security measures such as rate limiting, temporary blocks, and other safeguards.

7. SVG Files and Generated Output

7.1 Ownership of User Content

You retain all intellectual property rights to the SVG files and other materials you upload to the Service.

We do not acquire ownership rights over your User Content. The Service receives only a limited technical right to process and (where applicable) temporarily store files to provide functionality.

7.2 License to Output

Output generated by the Service is provided under a non-exclusive, perpetual license, unless your plan explicitly states otherwise.

You may use the Output for:

  • personal projects;
  • commercial projects;
  • client and corporate solutions;
  • integration into software products and services.

The license to Output does not transfer any ownership rights in the Service, its algorithms, or underlying technology.

7.3 Output Restrictions

You may not:

  • use the Output as the basis for creating a competing service, generator, or SaaS product;
  • resell Output as standalone digital assets (e.g., bulk icon packs) unless explicitly permitted under your plan;
  • provide third parties access to the Service under your own branding;
  • use the Output to train machine learning models or build AI systems.

7.4 Responsibility for User Content

You represent that you have all necessary rights to the files you upload and that their use does not infringe third-party rights.

We do not perform legal review of User Content or Output.

8. Storage of SVG Files

Depending on your plan, the Service may provide generation history and/or an SVG library feature.

File storage is an optional feature used solely to provide Service functionality. See details in our Privacy Policy.

9. Payments

Paid plans and subscriptions may be processed through secure third-party payment providers or payment channels.

Billing, taxes, renewals, refunds, and chargeback handling may depend on the payment provider or payment channel used for the transaction, as well as our applicable policies, including the Refund Policy.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, in whole or in part, if:

  • you violate these Terms or your plan rules;
  • we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, or attacks;
  • it is required to comply with law or valid requests by authorities;
  • your payment fails or your subscription ends (for paid features).

Where appropriate, we may attempt to notify you and/or provide an opportunity to remedy the violation. However, for security or legal reasons, we may act immediately.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.

We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service, nor that Output will meet your specific requirements.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to the use of the Service or the Output.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
